Refund Eligibility

  • All subscription users are entitled to request a refund at any time during their subscription period.
  • However, refund eligibility is subject to the usage of paid credits associated with the subscription plan.
  • If you have used 50 or more paid credits from your subscription plan, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please visit our refund request form.
  • Once a refund request is submitted, all remaining paid credits associated with the subscription will be locked and unavailable for use.
  • The credits will remain locked until you explicitly cancel your refund request.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • If you request a refund after using any amount of paid credits (even just one credit), your account will be restricted from purchasing any future subscription plans.
  • If you request a refund before using any paid credits, your account will maintain full purchasing privileges for future subscriptions.
  • Refund requests do not affect your ability to use free credits or any features available to free users.
